Well I got lazy and didnt post for day 5, but Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X, was a killer workout, my legs were on FIRE during the wall squats move. All in all it was a great workout. I almost finished the ARX without pausing (only did it twice!!).
Between Kenpo X and Plyometrics X i cant decide which i loved more. These 2 are SO INTENSE and i LOVE them. By far my 2 favourite workouts in P90X so far. Well tomorrow is a rest day for me not gonna have time to do the Stretch X but i will be doing it next week for sure.
Well Week 1 of the P90X is in the books. Looking forward to Monday for Week 2!! Then i'm off to Cuba next saturday for a week. (Yes I am taking my p90x there with me!)
