P90X Day 3 - Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X

Well another day in the books. Today's workout was the easiest of the three so far. I think I will be upping the weight on some of the exercises next week when i do this. The Ab Ripper X was a bit better today, a few less pauses and i wasnt TOTALLY gassed out at the end. Well tomorrow is Yoga X, lets see how crappy my flexibility is lol.
