P90X Week 2 Underway
Well its week 2 of the P90X journey. My pull up bar finally came in the mail today so i can stop doing the pullup/chinup exercises with the resistance bands. My breathing seems to have gotten better, i don't get gassed out as quickly as i used to before. Well another 81 days to go! Plyo X tomorrow cant wait for that one, calorie burning galore!

P90X Day 6 - Kenpo X
Well I got lazy and didnt post for day 5, but Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X, was a killer workout, my legs were on FIRE during the wall squats move. All in all it was a great workout. I almost finished the ARX without pausing (only did it twice!!).
Between Kenpo X and Plyometrics X i cant decide which i loved more. These 2 are SO INTENSE and i LOVE them. By far my 2 favourite workouts in P90X so far. Well tomorrow is a rest day for me not gonna have time to do the Stretch X but i will be doing it next week for sure.
Well Week 1 of the P90X is in the books. Looking forward to Monday for Week 2!! Then i'm off to Cuba next saturday for a week. (Yes I am taking my p90x there with me!)

P90X Day 4 - Yoga X
So first time doing Yoga yesterday....WOW I am NOT flexible lol. 1h30min of this, being twisted and turned and pulled and pushed, surprisingly i felt really good after it, and today i feel a bit looser (sp?). Well can't wait for tonight's Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X after work!

P90X Day 3 - Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X
Well another day in the books. Today's workout was the easiest of the three so far. I think I will be upping the weight on some of the exercises next week when i do this. The Ab Ripper X was a bit better today, a few less pauses and i wasnt TOTALLY gassed out at the end. Well tomorrow is Yoga X, lets see how crappy my flexibility is lol.

P90X Day 2 - Plyometrics X
This routine was AMAZING. LoL i love how he says at the beginning to "get your bucket out", i didnt realize what he meant at that time, but about 30 minutes into the workout i was like "OH!". Never did I have such an intense leg workout at the gym in the past year that I've been weightlifting that I did today. I am definetly looking forward to the rest of the workouts. Well tomorrow is Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X, CAN'T WAIT!!!!
P90X Day 1 - Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X
Well yesterday was my first day of P90X, and boy oh boy am I sore this morning. However I think the next time i do this routine i will pick heavier weights for this set of excercise, perhaps an extra 5-10 lbs on each side. The Ab Ripper X destroyed me though however, I had to keep pushing pause to finish up the rest of the reps. Regardless it was an amazing workout, looking forward to today's Plyometrics.
