Well yesterday was my first day of P90X, and boy oh boy am I sore this morning. However I think the next time i do this routine i will pick heavier weights for this set of excercise, perhaps an extra 5-10 lbs on each side. The Ab Ripper X destroyed me though however, I had to keep pushing pause to finish up the rest of the reps. Regardless it was an amazing workout, looking forward to today's Plyometrics.
